Virtual Classrooms

BN uses Adobe Acrobat Connect (see above video) to simulate a physical classroom experience. Students and professors all log in to the class at the same time.

Students can get the professor’s attention by virtually raising their hand. Upon being recognized by the professor, the student can speak to the whole class. Students can also communicate via Chat at any time during the class.

Virtual Office Hours

Office hours are a vital part of teacher-student communication, and BN is committed to preserving this experience. At BN, professors and students will use Skype video chat and screen sharing to recreate the personal office hours experience.

Learning Management

The online Learning Management System enables students to:

1. Take quizzes and tests
2. View grades
3. View and download assignments
4. Post a question to a forum
